Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire helps over 13,000 people each year. Our services have been much needed over the last few months as people have faced significant challenges with the cost of living crisis and we know that there will be increased demand in the coming months. We are therefore looking to increase the capacity of our debt team to help more people with their money problems. The successful candidate will be working as part of the Money Advice Team to provide specialist debt and money advice to our clients and will provide advice and casework covering a full range of debt and money issues. This may be via telephone, email, video or in a face to face capacity. We are a positive organisation and offer high quality support and flexible ways of working.

Applicants must be computer literate and knowledge of money advice is desirable, although full training and accreditation will be provided.

This is a Money & Pensions Service (MaPS) funded role through East Midlands Money Advice (EMMA).
